Can anyone share their experience on hot box/ Priority Stacked containers with the new Transnet booking system? ( specifically Cape Town)
We are getting priority stacking from Transnet, but then can’t get priority bookings(if there is such a thing) so we haveto apply for bookings at the same time as the normal container and bookings for non-priority containers on the same vessel that are becoming available before the priority ones.
So we are basically wasting Transnet’s time with the Hot box requests as they are priority stacking for no reason ?
Are we missing something or are you guys seeing the same thing ?,
